9. Press laying by narrow grasp.

This bodybuilding exercise influences on triceps, breast and shoulders. It is used for development of force and increase the weight of muscles. It is favourable to do it at the end of the training program, because it's better to help breast and the shoulders to "bomb" already tired triceps by heavy weights. Width of grasp is about 15 cm.
