Many famous bodybuilders in the description of the trainings don't mention about exercises of concerning muscles of neck. From known bodybuilders only single sportsmen can brag of having really champion's neck, which has volume more than 50 see. And some sportsmen are capable by force of muscles of a neck to constrain tightened loop.
You should train muscles of a neck 2-3 times per week. The training must contain 5-6 approaches of exercises, which influence on muscles under different corners. The quantity of recurrences is not very important, but it is important not to try in each approach to load the muscle up to limit. You should work on the average rate on whole amplitude.
Exercises for muscles of neck
1. Fighter's bridge.
You must lower on knees and lean about soft spreading by head. Then, helping in the beginning by hands, you must do circular movements in the different parties and also to forward and back. You must do this exercise up to exhaustion.
2. Inclinations with resistance.
The 1st variant of exercise. Using resistance created by efforts of hands, connect them in "lock" on nape and, rendering pressure, bend a head forward and then, resisting movement, in initial position. Then repeat the same, rendering the pressure from below in a chin by one or two hands.
The 2nd variant of exercise. Do the same movements, but using resistance of hands of the partner. Here it is necessary to be especially cautious, because any sharp or careless movement can result to trauma.
