You should make simple, but strong helmet from several canvas tapes, and reliably fix burdening on it. After that you can carry out rises of a head. For training of the forward surface of neck's muscles it is necessary to lie down by a back on a horizontal bench, and the weight, fixed behind on a helmet, should freely hang down. Lower a head maximum downwards, and then slowly lift it. It is necessary to do this exercise smoothly, without jerks. Repeat it 20-25 times without stops. Weight of burdening must be not big.
For training of the back surface of neck's muscles you must lie down by a breast on a horizontal bench. Weight is fixed in front of helmet. Then do the lowerings and rises of a head. Instead of weights it is possible to use the rubber shock-absorber. Also, laying on a side and using a helmet, you can train lateral surfaces of muscles of the neck by inclinations of a head to shoulders on complete amplitude.
Take into account: the muscles of a neck of not trained people are weak, and they can be easily injured, therefore you should be very attentive!
