6. Lateral rises of a trunk.

Laying sideways on a horizontal bench, you must fix legs so that the trunk will hang down from a bench. Having lowered a trunk downwards, slowly to lift trunk to horizontal position. Using of additional burdening is possible. This exercise influences on lateral muscles of stomach.

7. "Metronome" (inclinations to the sides).

Having taken in a hand a dumbbell, you must do accented and on the maximal amplitude inclinations to the sides. Thus you should feel the maximal stretching of lateral muscles press. It is possible to use the low block or a bar (the bar is kept on shoulders) as burdening. In this and previous exercise you must carry out not less than 15 recurrences in the approach.

8. Turns of a trunk.

Are carried out sitting on a horizontal bench or standing in an inclination to the forward. Having put on shoulders a signature stamp or an easy cane, do turns of a trunk to the sides, not bending thus back. At time of turn in each side it is necessary to make strong-willed reduction of lateral press muscles. Quantity of recurrences is not less than 30. Influences to the all region of an abdominal tension with accent on lateral muscles.
