What does mean the progress in body building training?

The progress in building training means increasing of working weight at each training. Carrying out identical quantity of recurrences in exercise, you won't achieve appreciable progress. You should try in each training to approach to the same exercise in different ways. And the easiest opportunity for this purpose is increase the quantity of recurrences, increase the weight or performance of exercises in slower rate. The researches have shown that the exercises should repeat 8-12 times. If you can not carry out 8 recurrences, the chosen weight is too heavy for you. If you make more than 12 times, it is necessary to increase burdening. As a rule, it is necessary to increase the weight no more than on 5 % from initial weight.

In some exercises performance more than 12 recurrences - signal that it is necessary to change style of performance of exercise and to transfer accent on negative phase (returnable movement to an initial situation in the slow form).
