1. Standing with a bar on shoulders, rise on socks.
Having put on shoulders a bar, slowly rise on socks, and it is necessary to aspire to stand as much as possible on toes. Quantity of recurrences from 12 up to 30.
2. Rise on socks, standig in training machine.
Having risen on 5-8 centimeter support, slowly stand on toes, to be stay in the highest point and, falling downwards, allow heels to leave as it is possible below, stretching a shin. Not to bend legs. Quantity of recurrences from 8 up to 30.
Thus it is necessary to remember that better to carry out exercise by parts. From position of a heel as much as possible below and up to the middle of rise - accent on the bottom part, and from the middle of amplitude-up to the output of toes - the top part of a muscle.
The arrangement stop in a horizontal projection to a support also has important matter. If you put toes separately and reduce heels, the greater loading will be received to internal part of a shin. If toes are together and heels separately - the external part of muscles is more loaded.
3. Rise on toes in the Gakk-machine.
It is similar to previous exercise, but loading on a backbone is less.
4. Rise on socks in training machine sitting.
