7. Rise on one leg with a dumbbell.

8. Rise on socks, leaning hands to wall.

Movements are smooth, pumping up. It is possible to carry out this exercise, having strengthened weight on a belt, or standing on one leg.
9. Walking on tiptoe.
Having executed any from the previous exercises, it is recommended in breaks between approaches and after training to resemble on tiptoe, thus aspiring to keep a pressure in a muscle. If you have a spasm, it is necessary to stop performance of exercise immediately.
